It will help us give all you lovely people some more information, post all our events and activities, and share all the achievements and great stories that we have to tell. I will try to make sure there’s regular news updates here so you can find out what’s going on with the crew. 2025 has been an amazing year—lots and lots of activities, book festivals and exhibitions, drama productions, cinema events. Crew gaming is doing really, really well and obviously our book hub that is loved by so many people. This has been a really great year.
I’ve been absolutely humbled by the interest for the Christmas drama production. We sold a thousand tickets in ten days—absolutely overwhelming, very humbled, and thank you so much for your support. It really means—it means the world to us.
As part of getting ready for the drama production, we’ve done lots of upgrades to our picture house. You’ll see it if you come along. We’re really excited. It’s become a real venue now and as we go into the centenary year of 2026, we cannot wait to do lots and lots and lots of stuff in the actual picture house itself. We’ve applied to the council for a license, so hopefully if that all goes well, we’ll be ready to line up a lot of activities throughout 2026.
